Does the rate differ by pack?

No. All packs (10 / 25 / 50 minutes) share the same rate of KRW 1,000 per minute. This is a launch price at 50% off the list rate of KRW 2,000. Just pick the pack size you need.

How does billing work for multiple languages?

Credits are deducted by number of languages times video length. For example, a 10-minute video in 3 languages uses 30 credits. Length is rounded up to the minute: a 61-second video counts as 2 minutes, and anything under a minute counts as 1.

What happens to my credits if a job fails?

If a job fails, the credits deducted for it are returned automatically. Failures caused by a service fault are also restored after verification.

Do credits expire?

Purchased credits are valid for up to 1 year from the payment date and expire afterward. Free credits granted at sign-up are valid for 3 months.

How do payments and refunds work?

Payments are processed securely via KG Inicis (PortOne). Unused credits can be refunded within 7 days of payment, while credits already used (processing has started) may not be eligible for withdrawal or refund. Refunds are issued as a cancellation on the credit card used, and cash refunds are not available. See the Terms for details.
